For safety reasons, children and guests under 18 are not permitted to access the Wellness Area or use the fitness equipment.
Appropriate sportswear and suitable athletic footwear must be worn at all times.
For safety and hygiene reasons, guests are not permitted to exercise barefoot, in swimwear or in clothing that is unsuitable for physical activity.
Please exercise at your own pace and according to your personal fitness level.
Use all equipment carefully and only as intended. If you are unfamiliar with any equipment, please ask a member of our team for assistance before use.
Alcohol is not permitted in the Wellness Area.
Guests must not exercise under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair their ability to exercise safely.
Please help us maintain a calm and tranquil atmosphere by keeping conversations and noise to a minimum.
Mobile phones should be kept on silent and used discreetly. Please avoid phone calls, loud conversations, music through speakers and any behaviour that may disturb other guests.
If listening to music, please use headphones at a considerate volume.
Please use a towel during your workout and wipe down equipment after use.
Help us maintain a clean, fresh and hygienic environment for everyone.
